I’ve been continuing to work on the branding for Beetle Bank Open Farm. I wanted to create a fun playful look, so experimented with lino print techniques for the animal characters. I’ve designed other lino print elements to use on the signage, leaflets, menus and Facebook page. Here’s how they were created, showing the process from sketch, to cutting the lino, printing and then creating digital artwork in Abobe Illustrator and InDesign.
Beetle Bank Open Farm will offer a great family day out when it opens later this spring. The farm has a cast of animal characters to meet, a wildlife education room, an adventure playground and a cafe. Beetle Bank Farm is in Murton, York.
