New linocut designs of Yorkshire landscapes

My new limited edition linocut prints created for York Open Studios 2019.

Ribblesdale, Yorkshire Dales

This print is inspired by a photo of a path that leads from Horton in Ribblesdale to Pen y Gent.

Hutton le Hole, North York Moors

One of my favourite places as I often do yoga retreats just outside the village.

Keld in Swaledale, Yorkshire Dales

Inspired by photos I took on a cycling and camping trip last year.

See more about my Keld linocut print here.

Hole of Horcum II panorama, North York Moors

I've also started a new panoramic landscape of the Hole of Horcum. It's inspired by a photo I took on a crisp January day walking with friends earlier this year.

Roseberry Topping, North York Moors

A new colourway of Roseberry Topping.

Mallard

Something completely diffrent! I created this linocut as my dad's Christmas present.

He loves steam trains. As a steam trainspotters daughter I secretly do too. I've many happy memories of the excitement of spotting the billowing train smoke from behind tees while we were out on a walk.

So any excuse to do research at The National Railway Museum! In fact the only time I'd been to York before I moved here for a job was on a family trip there as kids.

It's not on my website yet, as I need to print more of the edition.

5 x 7 limited edition linocuts

I've created some new smaller designs of owls, hedgehogs, hares and whales that will pop straight into a 5x7 inch frame.

Digitally printed cards

My new digitally printed greetings cards have been a great success.

Robin Hood’s Bay • Whitby • Staithes • Yorkshire Dales • Hole of Horcum • Roseberry Topping • Clifford's Tower • Holgate Windmill • Hedgehog • Hare

£3 each or 4 for £10

I’m in the process of updating my website and online shop.

In the meantime if there is anything you are interested in please get in touch. I usually have examples of my print collection framed or mounted in my studio if you would like a closer look.

Thank you again for helping make my second York Open Studios a success.
